Cybersecurity awareness game

Traditional cybersecurity training often falls flat—dry slides, low engagement, and minimal real-world impact. Phantom’sLab changes that. It transforms cybersecurity awareness into a realistic, interactive experience tailored for healthcare and care facility professionals.

One of the most dangerous threats? “Executive impersonation.” Using deepfake technology and AI-generated voice phishing (vishing), attackers pretend to be directors, IT staff, or care coordinators—manipulating employees into clicking harmful links, transferring money, or leaking confidential data. It only takes one convincing message to cause real damage.

What participants will face

Social engineering and OSINT research.

Phishing email analysis and detection.

Password puzzles & MFA bypass scenarios.

CEO fraud via audio deepfake.

Tailgating and physical access.

Decision-making under time pressure.

In Phantom’s Game, you become the attacker—your mission is to hack your own care facility for ransom. You’ll manipulate your colleagues, exploit trust, and uncover digital blind spots in your organization. All within a safe and controlled simulation.

The game

The game includes 8 interactive levels and a final awareness exam. Each level is tailored to your care environment, with visuals, tone, and scenarios that feel all too familiar. Below are four examples adapted to elderly care:

  • #1 – Reconnaissance & Research: You begin by researching your own colleagues. Why? Because every team member leaves a digital trail—on Facebook, public health registries, or local news articles. How much could a hacker really find?
  • #3 – Phishing: Emails that appear to come from internal departments (e.g. planning@carehome.com) are used to request quick actions—like reviewing a resident’s medical file or updating payment details. Would your team recognize the trick?
  • #6 – Command & Control: Someone follows a nurse or visitor through a side entrance. We use photos or layouts from your actual building to demonstrate how easily unauthorized access can occur—especially in a familiar, trusting environment.
  • #7 – Actions on objectives: What if your board of directors left you a voicemail asking to release sensitive patient data? Using AI and deepfake audio, we recreate that exact scenario. Will your team pause—or fall for it?
