Creating cybersecurity awareness for a diverse team of more than 50 employees who handle everything from product innovation to international distribution. Our staff includes people with a wide range of technical backgrounds: warehouse workers, sales representatives, customer service teams, and specialists in water treatment technology. The challenge was to find an approach that would engage everyone equally regardless of their existing knowledge or comfort with technology while also delivering practical cybersecurity awareness that is relevant to their daily work with customers across Europe and beyond.
The game created an atmosphere that felt remarkably similar to a classic LAN party with everyone involved and focused on the shared experience.
