Strengthening the security culture within a housing organization where employees handle sensitive tenant data, financial information, and operational systems daily. We needed to increase awareness of cyber threats across teams with varying technical backgrounds, from property management to maintenance to customer service. The challenge was making cybersecurity feel relevant and urgent for everyone, not just IT staff, while ensuring the learning would translate into changed behavior that protects both our tenants and our organization from digital threats.
