Creating a team outing that would deliver genuine value beyond just social connection. As a government organization responsible for critical water management infrastructure, we handle sensitive systems and data daily. We wanted to use our team building opportunity to simultaneously increase cybersecurity awareness in a way that felt natural and engaging rather than forced or didactic. The challenge was finding an activity that would unite our team while providing practical learning that would translate into changed behavior protecting our critical infrastructure.
