Strengthening the security culture in an organization where employees have different technical levels. We needed an approach that would raise awareness about cyber threats while being accessible and engaging enough to resonate with everyone. The challenge was finding training that wouldn’t feel like an obligation but would genuinely educate employees about the risks they face daily. Cybersecurity needed to become relevant to their actual work instead of an abstract IT topic that seems far removed from their responsibilities.
The game was received enthusiastically by participants who found it both enjoyable and educational. What immediately stood out was the high level of engagement from all participants, with the competitive element adding significant motivation and effectiveness. Colleagues who might normally disengage from technical training became fully invested in the experience, driven by the challenge and the team dynamics.
