We believe awareness training needs to happen quarterly to keep people alert, but repeating the same approaches leads to declining engagement. The challenge was finding something interactive that would complement our existing awareness efforts while creating genuine behavioral change. We didn’t just want another training session people endure, we wanted an event people would genuinely enjoy and remember, something they’d still be talking about weeks later.
We made it more than just training. With posters on location, friendly competition between colleagues, prizes for top performers, and a hot dog stand as a finishing touch for lunch, we created a complete event atmosphere. Employees found it fun and educational, approaching it with real enthusiasm and engagement. What stood out immediately was the high level of involvement from everyone and the interactive, practical approach.
