Finding an activity that would work as both effective team building and genuine cybersecurity training. We wanted to strengthen our cybersecurity culture and raise awareness about digital threats, but in a way that would also bring our team closer together. The challenge was avoiding the typical choice between “fun team activity with no real value” or “serious training with no team connection.” We needed something that would do both well, creating team bonds while teaching practical cybersecurity skills.
The team showed genuine enthusiasm and engagement, though reactions were mixed overall. What stood out was the interactive and practical approach that made cyber threats understandable in concrete terms. The engaging format made the learning more enjoyable and effective, keeping people involved throughout. The clarity with which cyber threats were explained helped everyone understand the risks, regardless of their technical background.
