From a service desk perspective, we regularly see what can go wrong, but it remains a challenge to make that sense of urgency tangible across the entire organization. We were looking for a way to approach cybersecurity not just theoretically, but in a way that is concrete, relatable, and practical. It needed to activate people, encourage critical thinking, and be directly applicable to their daily work.
The game was received very positively: participants were enthusiastic, highly engaged, and eager to get involved.
