De uitdaging

Cybersecurity awareness creëren voor een adviesteam dat dagelijks met gevoelige klantinformatie werkt. We hadden training nodig die waardevol en boeiend aanvoelde in plaats van weer een verplichte sessie. De uitdaging was iets praktisch vinden dat onze adviseurs zou leren over digitale risico’s op een manier die ze direct in hun werk kunnen toepassen. Het moest ook leuk genoeg zijn om mensen volledig betrokken te houden en ervoor te zorgen dat de lesstof ook echt blijft hangen.

De ervaring

De levering van koptelefoons en splitters kwam perfect op tijd, wat de setup soepel en stressvrij maakte. Door deze aandacht voor detail konden we ons volledig richten op de leerervaring in plaats van ons druk te maken over de logistiek.
